Whether your machines require preventative maintenance, you need some replacement parts, or you have an emergency breakdown in the middle of production, Custom Cannery Service is here to provide fast, reliable, and cost efficient solutions for all of your rotary sterilizer needs.

Machine Rebuilds

We offer the fastest lead times in the industry for emergency breakdown repairs and complete machine rebuilds.

Valve Repair

Whether its an emergency or scheduled maintenance, we can repair your existing valves or we can also sell completely rebuilt valves at industry-leading prices.

Our Rates

  • $120.00/hr.

            8 hours per man, Monday through Friday.

  • $180.00/hr.

            Any time over 8 hours/day per man; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; hours over 40 per week.

  • $0.80/mi.

            Portal to portal, plus any job related usage.

  • Actual Cost

            Any and all expenses incurred to, from, and during the job, including but not limited to lodging, telephone, supplies, work permits, etc.

  • $70.00/day per man.

We specialize in the inspection, repair and troubleshooting of rotary can cookers and coolers. We also buy and sell parts, assemblies, shells or complete lines. 

Custom Cannery Service Inc. is a close-knit, family run business established in 1980 by Bill Danels. We currently have our second and third generations of the family working for the company. Bill's son Chris has been the current owner since 2005, and Chris' sons Alex and Zach are both up and coming. Chris' wife Natalie, sister Donna, and son Alex, oversee the office duties, while Chris' brother-in-law Tim, brother Tom, and son Zach, oversee operations in our shop. We provide our customers with multi-generational knowledge and skill sets to ensure the best sales and service in the industry.

We can service your equipment at your facility or ours in Federalsburg, Maryland. We have completed projects for companies in the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Ireland, Poland, Equador, Chile, Thailand and the Philippines.
